Plan with Me! April 13th-19th 2020

This week I used just Scrapbook paper and washi tape. I wanted to do a flowery design for this week.

Planner Stickers: Disney Time

Hi everyone,

Since I have been posting my planner inspiration and I have been using planner stickers, that I found for free. This got me into thinking that I could make my own stickers to share with you. Below is a PDF for you to download and use for your personal use. I hope to have more every week.  There are two options listed below as to how to print and use these stickers. I personally use option one and three now that I have a Cricut. Also, these are made in an Happy Planner type style.

Option one: Print on Avery sticker paper

                Cut out

                Enjoy planning

Option two: Print on regular paper

                Cut out

                Glue on to planner

                Enjoy planning

Book Review: Thunderhead

Hi everyone,
I recently finished Thunderhead by Neal Shusterman. I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars on Goodreads. You can see more about what this book is about here before heading in to my review.  Another bookish thing you can check out is my April TBR 2020 to see it and the other books I'm reading this month. I also have up a book haul of books I got before the lock down for COVID-19 you can check it out here. I'd love to know what your reading this month as week let me know either here in the comments or on my video. 

I would suggest checking out my review for Scythe before heading in to this review since this is a second book and I would hate to spoil anything for you. Now hopping on in to the review. I was so excited to start this book since at the end of Scythe we see Citra become a fully ordained Scythe and Rowan go totally rogue. Let me say even though this one was a bit lengthy it was worth it since there was so much going on between Citras , Rowans, and a new character Greyson Tolliver stories. This starts off a few months after the conclave at the end of Scythe and we get to see Rowan become the rogue Scythe Lucifer. Which I think it pretty awesome I'm totally on Rowans side since Goddard and his followers are crazy. We also get to see how Citra is dealing with becoming a scythe and the attempt on her life and Sycthe Curies. Which leads me to the new character of Greyson Tolliver who the thunderhead sets up to be a great part of this story,  we get to see a different view point than that of Citra and Rowan. I really liked that Greysons story was intertwined with the Thunderhead since it's almost a character of its own. I think the Thunderhead concept is very interesting since I'm an IT person myself and can totally see that maybe one day there would be an invention like the Thunderhead since we already have Google and Alexia as personal assistants. I'm not going to say much about some other characters just that I was super surprised at a character reappearance in this book. I also can't wait to get my hands on the next book The Toll I'm definitely ready to see where this story ends since its been so exciting to this point.

I would definitely recommend this one and  if your looking for other books I have reviews up for Scythe,   Marked, and the Lost Heroes of Olympus series: The Lost Hero, Son of Neptune and Mark of Athena. And most recently A Storm of Magic.

Book Review: A Storm of Magic

Hi everyone,
I recently finished A Storm of Magic by Ashley Laino. I gave this book 4 out of 5 stars on Goodreads. You can see more about what this book is about here before heading in to my review.   Before I get in to the review you can check out my March 2020 TBR to see it and the other books I'm reading this month. Now hopping on in to the review and this is spoiler free. So first off I received this book from BLKDOG Publishing. You can check them out here. They so graciously sent me this book. 
I was initially drawn to this book because it is about magic and witches and a magician so totally my thing since I'm a magician's assistant myself. Once I got in to reading this though I found it was way closer to the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina on Netflix which is awesome. I really enjoyed this novel, the characters and the story, it was all excellent. With out giving too much away I will say that Mirah and Darian are pretty good characters with interesting backgrounds. I almost like Darian's story more since we get a back story for him. I also liked that we had somewhat of a magical school aspect for Mirah to go to. One thing I didn't like was the style of writing and I not entirely sure if it was the copy I got but there were so many grammar and writing issues. Which trust me if I'm seeing them its a problem cause I'm not the best at English myself. Even though this was an issue this story and concept was still good.

Over all I enjoyed this book and would recommend it especially if your a fan of the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Also, if your looking for other books I have reviews up for Scythe,   Marked, and the Lost Heroes of Olympus series: The Lost Hero, Son of Neptune and Mark of Athena.

This week I used just washi tape and gel pens. I was a little rushed with this week since I had so much to do for my job where were going online.
