I absolutely love decorating my planner. I thought I’d start sharing them with you so maybe you could get 

some inspiration too.

Netflix Book Tag

It's been awhile since I've done a book tag. I thought that this one looked fun since literally everyone is staying in and watching Netflix and reading books. I know I am and several other streaming services like Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. I'll have a list of my favorite shows coming soon in my end of Summer favorites. If you have a suggestion for another book tag you'd like to see me do let me know in the comments below. Now lets get on it to this tag. 

Recently Watched: The book you most recently read-

The Falconer by Elizabeth May I have a book review up for this one you can check it out here.

Top Picks: A book recommended to you based on another book you’ve read-

 A Circle of Shadows by Evlyn Sky. I read the Crown's Game by her and saw on Tik-tok that she has released another series which is awesome. I loved the Crown's Game. 

Recently Added: The book you most recently bought-

 So I've bought quite a few books. You can check out my hauls over on TikTok @brinadancer. I guess my favorites have been the Apollo series by Rick Riordan.  

Popular on Netflix: One book that you have and one book that you haven’t read that everyone has been talking about-

Midnight Sun  and the Twilight Saga by Stephine Meyer. I am currently reading Midnight Sun and have read the Twilight saga. I love them both. It's really bringing me back to when I first got in to reading in Middle and High School 

Popular on Netflix- A book that everyone is talking about

A book that everyone is talking about but I haven't read yet is Bone Criers Moon. I looks super good. I hope it's worth the hype. 

Comedies: A funny book-

I'm going to say the Magnus Chase series. It's pretty funny anything really by Rick Roirdan has some funny parts to it. 

Dramas: A character that is a total drama king or queen

 Evie O'Neil from The Diviners by Libbra Bray. 

Cartoons: a book with cartoons on the cover-

So I haven't actually read this one yet but it look pretty interesting and the cover is more anime style. I chose The School for good and Evil by Soman Chainani.

Watch again: a book or series you want to read again-

 The Lux series by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I loved these books and really should give them another read since they were so good. 

Documentaries: a non-fiction book that you would recommend to everyone-

I don' t read any non-fictions books unless its for research, web development, or technology. Even them that's usually just articles on online. 

Action & Adventure: an action packed book-

Auora Rising. I'm not quite all the way through with this one but it's pretty action packed from the first page. 

New releases: A new release or soon-to-be-released book that you’re excited about-

A Sky Beyond the Storm by Sabaa Tahir. Super excited for this one even though I haven't read the third one A Reaper at the Gates yet. But I was not expecting another book after Reaper at the Gates. It should be pretty interesting.

Book Review: The Falconar

  Hi everyone,

I recently finished The Falconar by Elizabeth May. I gave this book 3 out of 5 stars on Goodreads. You can see more about what this book is about here before heading in to my review.  Another bookish thing you can check out is my September TBR 2020 and August wrap up on TikTok @brinadancer to see it and the other books I'm reading this month. I also have up a book haul of books I've recently gotten over there as well. I'd love to know what your reading this month let me know either here in the comments or on my video. 

Hopping on in to the review. I started this book the last day of our vacation and it's taken me forever to read. I didn't give up though which is good since I'm glad I finished it but I don't see what the hype was all about. I was totally expecting something completely different. I think the concept of the Falconar is pretty cool and I do like the fea but I don't think that the steampunk translated very well. I did like the tea set invention though. This one was just so long and Aileana was so caught up in revenge that there wasn't room for more of a story or romance interest. I wanted her so bad to focus on something other than her mothers death and do something. It was really like she was whinny about it. Not my favorite at all.  

I did enjoy the male characters of Kiran and Gavin. They were good balances since the main character was not the best. I definitely wanted Aileania to be interested in either of these which she slightly is but not entirely which was a bit frustrating. 

If you'd read this book what are your thoughts Id love to know. Do you think its worth the hype or not? 

Overall I'm glad I made it though this one but I don't think I'll continue on with the series. I don't want another 2 books of her being obsessed with her mothers death and a love triangle that goes no where. So I would say I wouldn't recommend this one, I think for me this falls in that Stealing Snow which I also have a review up for if you wanna check that out. This is just my opinion though. If you enjoyed this book that's awesome!

Planner Stickers: Starbucks Part 2

 Hi everyone,

Since I have been posting my planner inspiration and I have been using planner stickers, that I found for free. This got me into thinking that I could make my own stickers to share with you. Below is a PDF for you to download and use for your personal use. I hope to have more every week.  There are two options listed below as to how to print and use these stickers. I personally use option one and three now that I have a Cricut. Also, these are made in an Happy Planner type style.

                Glue on to planner
