Winter Favorites 2016

I can’t believe winter is is almost over. This winter has been crazy with all the snow and holidays. There are so many things that I like over this winter...some I couldn't even fit in this picture above. I have also included so of and was inspired by Random Beauty Things Winter tag; so go check out her blog and tag at: https://randombeautythings.wordpress.com/2012/12/13/winter-tag/
Starting with beauty items:
First thing, I loved this winter is Clean and Clear Hydrating moisturizer. This really helps to keep my skin nice and hydrated these past cold dry months.

Second beauty item/items I found that I really just feel in love with are the Maybelline The Blushed Nudes and The Rock Nudes eye shadow pallet. These are awesome pallets number 1: the colors in them are super close to the Urban Decay Naked pallets but cost so much less; which is a good thing if you're like me and in college and can't always afford to buy a $50 to $70 eye shadow pallet.  Number 2: the color pay off for these shadows is insane. They last all day for me with an eye shadow primer. I would definitely recommended you checking these pallets out.

Third beauty item that I love is the Urban Decay Naked Illuminated highlighter. Normally I don't go for the higher end products but when I saw how beautiful this highlighter was OMG! It's got flecks of sliver or gold depended on which color you buy, I got sliver since I'm color toned and not tan in the winter. This stuff makes you sparkle and shine like a highlighter should. I use it almost everyday because I love it that much. Plus, for the amount of product that is in the package it is well worth the money, I don't see myself hitting pan for awhile even with heavy usage.

Forth beauty item is Bert's Bees Vanilla Bean Chap stick. I got this from a friend. I really like Bert's Bees products especially the chap sticks. They are really good and moisturizing and there all natural so there good for you too.

Last beauty item is Hard Candy's eyeliner in Bold and Gorgeous. I love to do cat eyes or wings with my eyeliner. Now if your like me this even though I do them almost everyday it takes so much time to get them exactly or close to the same. With this eyeliner it can take just a few minutes because of the way the tip is shaped. It's a curved tip so that basically all you have to do is turn the point down and press to make the wing shape. Using this product really has saved me time and effort.
Now on to Fashion items:
First some of my favorite clothes for this season are over sized long sleeved shirs like the PINK shirt above. I also have loved wearing leggings with these shirts or with sweaters.
Now on to accessories:
I have enjoyed wearing all kinds of warm scarfs and hats.
I have also loved wearing my white watch I got for a Christmas present. I think it will definitely be a transition piece that can wear all year round.

I have also liked wearing gloves that are transition from mittens to finger less gloves so you can use your touch screen phone. These gloves are so cute.
Now on the household items:
I couldn't possibly make it through this winter without some great smelling candles. My favorites were Spiced Apple Toddy and Winter. These are from Bath and Body Works.
Other miscellaneous items:
The drinks that I have enjoyed this winter are all different kinds of hot chocolate and coffee.

My favorite TV shows that I have been watching like crazy on Netflix are Grey's Anatomy and Revenge. These shows are awesome I love them both. I also watched Outlander series that I got from Christmas, I can not wait for the second season to come on. WOW that show is ....loss for words at how great it is.

Movies that I liked for the winter, I bet you can guess them, Frozen and The Santa Clause, both winter and Christmas classics.

I also read and loved Throne of Glass by Sara J. Mass. There will be a book review out for it soon so look for that.

I have also loved the cute traveling coffee mugs. They are so cute and they keep my drink warm for at least 3 hours since there ceramic. Plus they were on sale at Starbucks who doesn't love a sale at Starbucks.

I have also loved the adult coloring pages, the cute penguin hand sanitizer holders, warm comfy blankets and the sure cute notebooks.

These are the questions from Random Beauty Things blog that I want to include.

Snowboarding or Skiing?
Definitely snowboarding. We had over two feet of snow this year at one point so I got to go snowboarding lots.

Have you gone ice skating, was it good or bad?
I did go ice skating and absolutely loved it. It took some getting used to and it took me a little bit to figure out how to actually move my feet to make the skates move on the ice but once I got the hang out it, it was a blast.

Btws, I'm not sponsored by any of the products used or listed!
Love you lots
