I Heart Summer Tag and Summer 2017 Favorites

1. Your dream summer vacation.

My dream summer vacation would be to go to Greece. I think that would make for such a cool summer trip. Plus all the photos you could take there would be amazing. Like look at that photo who wouldn't wanna go there...Stunning!

2. Favorite summer drink.

Starbucks Caramel Macchiato with Almond milk and cinnamon. Literally got this every time I went to starbs this summer. I also liked Starbucks fruit tea and lemonade infusions. Those were good too.

3. S’mores or ice cream?

S'mores of course. Just like the ones pictured to the side all night and melted. Soooo good!

4. Pool or Beach?

Beach for setting and reading a book and relaxing. Pool for swimming.

5. Would you rather spend a summer day outside in the pool or inside watching Netflix?

Depends on how hot the day is if it to hot to be out at the pool. On days that I stayed in and watch Netflix. I really enjoyed these shows: Pretty Little Liars, Riverdale, Shannara Chronicles.

6. Your most fun summer memory?

For this summer is just the time I got to spend with my boyfriend. I know that's kinda sappy but I enjoyed everything so much this summer that we did together. If you don't already go follow me on Instagram cause there were some great pictures of our adventures.

7. Favorite summer nail polish?

8. Sunglasses or hats?

Both sunglasses and hats. Their both so cute I love aviators and fedoras for summer.

9. Favorite summer scent?

Bath and Body works Peach scents this includes Georgia Peach, Peach and Sweet Tea, Pretty Peach. Pretty Much all Peach.

10. Favorite BBQ food?

BBQ Chips cause we never have those execpt for at BBQs. Their so amazing.

11. Bikinis, tankinis, or one pieces?

Sweet Heart Bikinis or Character themed ones like Sailor Moon and Ariel. I got most of mine from Hot Topic there pictured in my summer haul.

A Day at the Beach Book Tag

I know it's starting fall but I thought I sneak this last summer themed book tag in before we say good by to summer. On with a day at the beach book tag.

1. Windows down, radio up! A character you would bring on the ultimate roadtrip.
I'm going to have to go with Simon from the Mortal Instruments. I just think his sarcasm and personality would make for a fun road trip.

2. Harsh rays beating down. A book or series that drained you.
I think for this one just cause of the size of the series I'm going to go with Game of Thrones. I still haven't finished this whole series its so large.

3. Cool, refreshing waves. A unique character/author that breaks traditional stereotypes or tropes.
For this I'm choosing Audrey from Stalking Jack The Ripper because she definitely breaks the stereotypes of for setting and time period of the book. She does this by being interested in science and murder when ladies of that time were supposed to be more social and have tea parties.

4. Lounging on beach towels. The perfect book for a day at the beach.
I think Starcrossed is perfect for a day at the beach since it is set on an island and has mythology woven in to the story. It's just one of those books you could pick up and keep reading all day while at the beach.

5.Sand sticking to EVERYTHING! A character that got on your nerves.
A character that got on my nerves is Haven from Illuminate. I think what bothered me most about this was that she could never make up her mind till the last 100 pages of the book and the book was over 500 pages. Seriously girl could you be any slower about making up your mind.

6. Bonfire under the stars. A book/series that has shined brightest for you in 2017.
So far this year I have read some really great books and series. I think though just cause I was able to finish this whole series in a few months I going to go with Across the Universe trilogy. You can check out my review here. This is definitely one that I have loved and enjoyed reading.
