3. “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer”: Name a character that overcomes major obstacles and learns to believe in themselves. I think Laia from An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir fits this question very well. She definitely struggles to find herself within the book and unlock secrets about herself. Check out my book review here.
4. “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”: a) Which character do you think would be on the top of the naughty list?
b) Which character do you think would be at the top of the nice list?
a) I think Legend from Caraval by Stephanie Garber, I think how he tricks people is horrible so naughty list he goes.
b) I think Elder from the Across the Universe Trilogy since he is so courageous in the last book Shades of Earth.
5. “Frosty the Snowman”: Which book just melts your heart. A book that melts my heart I don't think I have one the closest one is Rebel Bell by Rachel Hawkins. I don't really read books that are heart melting contemporary is not my thing.
6. “Feliz Navidad”: Choose a book that takes place in a country other than your own.
I chose The Crown's Game by Evelyn Sky since this takes place in imperial Russia super cool setting.
7. “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year”: Which holiday themed book do you use to spread the Christmas joy? I only have one holiday book, that it is My True Love Gave to Me. I think that is the closest one I have and read some of to spread joy.
8. “Sleigh Ride”: Which fictional character would you choose to spend the holidays with (doesn’t have to be a love interest!)
Well for this year I was reading the last book in the mortal instruments City of Heavenly Fire. So I kinda of spend the holidays with all those characters.
9. “Baby it’s Cold Outside”: Which book that you didn’t like would you sacrifice to a fire to warm yourself up in the cold? I would sacrifice The Glittering Court by Richelle Mead, this book just didn't live up to the expectations I had. I was left wanting more so it would make great firewood.
10. “Do you hear what I hear”: Which book do you think everyone should read?
I think everyone should give Trial by Fire by Josephine Angelini. I absolutely loved this book and the rest of the series. It's so good especially if you like books about witches.
